Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your bath time experience!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

This policy excludes:

• Gift cards (can be exchanged for other products of equal value)
• Products used or damaged after purchase

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
